Lightweight, practical protection. A clean slide-on exoskeleton made for the Baofeng UV5R series. It locks in place using the belt clip screws and keeps full access to all essential controls — battery release, volume knob, antenna, belt clip, and both PTT and CALL/MONI buttons (even with gloves).

Print Settings (Tested)

  • Material: SUNLU PETG
  • Walls: 5
  • Infill: 60%
  • Layer height: 0.2mm (0.6mm nozzle)
  • No supports needed — built-in supports included
  • Tested on Prusa MK3S with REVO 0.6mm nozzle
  • Use a textured PEI plate for best finish
Some minor play may appear on the side button cover depending on printer calibration, but it won't affect function.
