A reinforced M-Lock finger stop built in three separate parts for maximum strength. Splitting the design this way means every part prints in its strongest orientation — no support material, no weak layer lines where it matters most.

Three Parts, Zero Supports

Fingerstop, Lock & Adapter

Print three parts: the fingerstop itself, the M-Lock lock piece, and the adapter. The adapter fits inside the fingerstop and prevents it from rotating once assembled — that's what removes the need for support material entirely.

Every file is already orientated correctly for printing. Just load them into your slicer and go. Fuzzy skin can be added if you want extra grip texture.

Assembly

Simple to Put Together

Assembled finger stop parts

Slide, Lock, Done

The adapter slides into the fingerstop body to lock it against rotation, then the M-Lock lock piece secures the whole assembly onto your rail. A CS M4×12mm bolt pulls everything together and locks it in place.

No glue required — just the bolt, your M-Lock pins, and a hex key.

What to Print In

M-Lock Pins

A plastic M-Lock lock piece is included and works fine, but it will loosen over time with repeated use. Metal M-Lock pins are the better long-term option for a setup that stays tight.

Printed and tested on a Prusa Core One using Polymaker PETG. Parts are designed with a clearance of ~0.15–0.3mm — if your printer runs tighter or looser tolerances, a light sand or test fit may be needed.

Metal Pins Recommended

The included plastic lock works, but tends to loosen with repeated mounting and removal. Swapping to metal M-Lock pins keeps everything locked tight long-term.

Digital delivery: After your payment is confirmed, your file will be delivered automatically. This usually takes 2–5 minutes. You'll then receive an email with a download link.
